摘要
西部地区财政对农村卫生的投入不足,同时,卫生机构对财政的依赖度较高,特别是疾病预防控制机构和妇幼保健机构,医疗机构自身的筹资能力也较差。为加快西部地区农村卫生事业的发展,缩小西部农村地区与东中部地区的差距,体现公共卫生和基本医疗服务的相对均等化,各级政府必须加大对西部地区农村卫生的投入和支持。
The financial investment on rural health in western areas is deficient, meanwhile, the hygienic organizations are highly depend on finance, specially the CDC and maternal-child health care organizations, the financing ability of medical organizations is feeblish. The governments of all levels must increase investment and support on rural health of western areas in order to speed up the development of health service of the western rural areas, reduce the gap between the western rural areas and the middle-eastern rural areas, and incarnate the relatively equalization of the public health service and the basic medical service.
