添加剂对PVC结晶影响的傅立叶转换红外光谱研究 被引量:6

摘要 以乙酰苯胺、己二酸和邻苯二甲酸氢钾作为添加剂,利用傅立叶转换红外光谱研究了三种添加剂对PVC分子构象的影响.通过对结晶特征吸收峰的分析,表明结晶相中PVC分子链均为反式间规的伸展链构象.乙酰苯胺和己二酸使PVC的结晶度增大,而邻苯二甲酸氢钾则使PVC结晶度减小.对无定型相PVC分子构象的研究结果表明,乙酰苯胺和己二酸使无定型相中的短反式有序构象增加,同时使TTG*G*构象缺陷增多.因此乙酰苯胺和己二酸可以使PVC的折叠链晶体结构含量增大,使结晶变得完善.此外,己二酸既改变了无定型相PVC分子链构象,也使结晶相PVC分子链构象改变,而乙酰苯胺和邻苯二甲酸氢钾只影响非晶PVC分子链构象. Acetanilide,adipic acid and potassium hydrogen phthalate are chosed as additives for PVC, and their effects on PVC molecule conformation are studied by FT-IR. From the analysis of the crystalline absorption, it is infered that in crystalline phase, PVC chains are in extended chain conformation. In addition, acetanilide and adipic acid increase the proportion of PVC crystalline phase, while potassium hydrogen phthalate decreases PVC crystallinity. For amorphous PVC, acetanilide and adipic acid enhance the shorttrans-syndiotactic sequence absorption, and make the part of TTG * G * conformation defect increase. Thus, acetanilide and adipic acid raise the percentage of chain-folded crystal and perfect PVC crystallinity. In addition, acetanilide and potassium hydrogen phthalate can only interact with amorphous PVC chains, however,adipic acid not only influences amorphous PVC chain conformation, but also can affect PVC crystalline phase.
