摘要
企业文化作为一种文化理念和新型的管理思想,已被广大企业的管理者和员工所认同。在构建企业文化的过程中,必须与传统的和现行的教育管理融合在一起,才能更具生命力。
As a culture conception and a new thought of management, enterprise culture has already been accepted by manager and personnel among the enterprises. During the course of constructing enterprise culture, only combined with the traditional and present educational management, can enterprise culture be energetic.
