摘要
采用盆栽实验就三叶草对铜和铅的吸收进行了研究,重点探讨了三叶草吸收两种重金属之间的交互作用。结果表明,生长一个月左右的三叶草对铜和铅的吸收在实验条件下均随土壤中相应元素浓度的增加而增加,但铜和铅之间存在着明显的拮抗作用。土壤中的铜和铅浓度对三叶草吸收相应元素的影响均可用非线性回归方程进行良好的拟合。研究铜与铅对于植物三叶草吸收的相互影响,可为重金属污染土壤的植物修复和土壤污染临界值的制订提供参考。
This paper studies the absorption, mainly the interaction, of Cu and Pb for clover by potted plant experiments. It shows that the absorption of Cu and Pb for clover tend to increase gradually with the increased concentration of relevant elements in soil under experiment, but Cu and Pb display obvious restraining effect. Effects of the concentration of Cu and Pb on clover absorption of relevant elements can be well fit by non-linear equations. Studies on the influence of Cu and Pb on clover absorption can provide references for phyto-remediation of heavy metal polluted soil and for critical-value determination of contaminated soil.
