摘要
随着贸易规模的持续扩大,产业内贸易在中国对外贸易中的重要性正在不断提高,跨国公司的直接投资已成为我国产业内贸易的重要推动因素。因此,由不同类型的直接投资所产生的产业内贸易对我国外贸竞争力的提升作用须予以重视和区分。积极吸收跨国公司的水平直接投资,可推动我国与发达国家的产业内贸易由垂直型向水平型产业内贸易发展,充分发挥跨国公司的技术外溢效应,从而带动国内相关产业的技术进步与产业升级,提升我国的外贸竞争力。
With the continued expansion in trade, intra- - industry trade has grown in importance in China ＇ s foreign trade, and direct investment by transnational corporations has become an important impetus to intra-industry trade in China. Therefore, it is necessary to stress and classify the boosting effect on China＇s trade competitiveness of intra-industry trade created by different kinds of direct investment. Actively absorbing horizontal investment by transnational corporations can promote the shift in intra-industry trade between China and developed countries from vertical trade to horizontal trade, and fully utilize the technological spillover effect of transnational corporations, thus facilitating technological progress and industrial upgrading in related domestic industries and enhancing China~ trade competitiveness.
