摘要
本文报道了对聚乙烯醇-戊二醛凝胶体系的初步研究结果。考虑到油田应用环境,考察了体系初始pH值、戊二醛和聚乙烯醇浓度、NaCl和CaCl2加量、温度对凝胶化时间及凝胶结构和性能的影响;确定了该凝胶体系的基本配方及特性。在本实验条件下凝胶化时间t与体系初始pH、戊二醛浓度x之间有关系:lnt(pH,x)=2.35pH-0.857lnx-10.91。
Polyvinyl alcohol glutaraldehyde aqueous system was studied in this work. The effects of initial pH, glutaraldehyde and polyvinyl alcohol concentrations, amounts of NaCl and CaCl 2 added, and temperature on the structures and properties of the gel formed were investigated and discussed and the optimum compostion of gelling systems was formulated. For a 5% PVA system at 50℃ the following relation was found: ln t= 2.35 pH-0.857ln x-10.91 where t-the gelation time, pH-initial pH value and x-glutaraldehyde concentration. The PVA Glutaraldehyde gel developed is tolerent to sodium salt and bivalent cations.
