过敏性哮喘患儿T、B淋巴细胞亚群检测分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨过敏性哮喘患儿外周血T、B淋巴细胞亚群的变化及其免疫致病机理。方法:应用流式细胞术(FCM)测定43例过敏性哮喘患儿、356例缓解期过敏性哮喘患儿和40例健康儿童静脉血中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、CD4+/30+、CD19+、CD8+/28+的百分率,并计算CD4+/CD8+比值。结果:过敏性哮喘患儿CD3+、CD4+略有升高。但差异无显著性(P>0.05);CD4+/30+、CD19+、CD8+/28+明显升高(P<0.01);CD4+/CD8+比值明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:过敏性哮喘患儿T、B淋巴细胞亚群平衡失调,机体免疫状态异常。
