Virtual organization cooperation relation model for electronic government environments

摘要 针对电子政务环境下虚拟组织协作的特点,提出并构建具有自治协作能力的“协作域”单元,并以此为基础建立了电子政务环境下虚拟组织嵌套层次式协作关系模型。该模型解决了以往协作模型对电子政务环境下虚拟组织协作方式及运行控制机制支持不足的问题,实现了协作域内和协作域之间的纵向和横向复杂协作,有效地提高了电子政务环境下虚拟组织协作能力和协作效率,具有良好的应用价值。 A virtual organization cooperative system for an electronic government environment was developed using an autonomous, collaborative cooperation space. A nested hierarchical virtual organization cooperation relation model for electronic government was then developed based on this cooperation space. The model provides support in the virtual organization cooperation mode and running control mechanism which was lacking in previous cooperation models, gives horizontal and vertical cooperation between intra and inter cooperating spaces, and improves the cooperative capability and efficiency of virtual organizations in electronic government environments.
