摘要
对当前森林生态环境价值计量研究中的几种主要观点进行评述,指出长期以来困扰在森林生态环境价值计量研究的主要问题是:研究者使用的概念模糊,造成相同条件下不同的研究者对森林生态环境价值的计量结果不一致;森林生态环境所服务的主体没有得到明确;森林生态环境作为一个独立的生产要素问题没有得到真正解决。
A few fashional views in the study on evaluation of forest ecologi- cal environment are discussed in this paper.The main problems of the study on evaluation of forest ecological environment are as follows:the objects for which forest ecological enverionment serves have not been definted;the prob- lem of forest ecological environment as production essence has not been sol- ved;the concepts researchers use are indistinct,which leads to be iuconsistent in valuation of forest ecological environment
