摘要
本文阐述了发展我国洁净煤技术的意义和基本原则，着重就建立我国以煤炭为基础的能源化工体系的有关问题进行了探讨。
The importance and basic principle of developing clean coal technology in China are discussed in this paper.Some problems on establishing coal-based energy chemical industry system have been explored in detail.
