掺Ag^+二氧化钛粉体抗菌性能的影响因素 被引量:6

Study on Effect Factors for Antibacterial Property of TiO_2 Powder Doped with Ag^+

摘要 采用sol-gel法制备了不同摩尔比的掺银二氧化钛粉体材料,并且采用琼脂孔穴扩散-抑菌圈法研究了紫外光照时间、光源、掺银TiO2粉末加入量、不同实验菌种等因素对掺银TiO2粉体抗菌性能的影响。实验表明:Ag-TiO2粉末在紫外光照60~90 min,加入量为2~4 mg时具有良好的抗菌性能,是一种不受光源和天气影响的广谱抗菌剂。 Pure TiO2 powder and Ag^+ doping TiO2 powder were prepared by sol - gel process. The effect of UV illumination time, light source, Ag^+ ratio in powder and different experimental bacteria on antibacterial property of Ag- TiO2 powder was investigated by agar hole diffusion - inhibition zone method. The effect of Ag - TiO2 powder dosage in agar hole on the antibacterial result was tested. It was found that the Ag- TiO2 powder was of good antibacterial property under different light source conditions while the UV illumination time was 60- 90 min and the dosage was 2 - 4 mg, so it could be a sort of widely used antimicrobial.
