摘要
对活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺的主要问题,如染料的选择、工艺控制、存在问题及解决方法等,并结合生产,对缩小大小样差异等问题进行了探讨。
This paper covers the characteristics of cold pad-batch dyeing process, as well as the conventional machines and recipes. Main problems in dyeing are discussed, such as the dyestuff selection, process control, as well as the solving means.
