摘要
人口老龄化是21世纪世界人口发展的主要趋势;近年来,随着我国经济的迅速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,老年人口增长迅速,人口老龄化已成为整个社会普遍关注的问题之一;人口老龄化给社会经济发展带来了种种压力;从分析我国人口老龄化的特色出发,着重论述了人口老龄化对我国劳动力资源的影响,并在此基础上提出了一些有针对性的解决措施。
Aging population is a ;nain trend of world people＇s development in the 21st century. In recent years, with the constant improvement of economy rapid development and living standards of the people of our country, old population increases rapidly, aging population has already become one of the questions that the whole society has generally paid close attention to. Aging population has brought all sorts of pressures to social economic development, This text set out from the distinct our country by anaiysing aging population, has described the impact on our country＇s labor resources of aging population emphatically, and has put forward some pointed solution measure on this basis.
