摘要
教学资源是进行网络教育的基础,然而我国网络教学资源在设计与应用中的共建与共享问题一直以来没能得到很好的解决,已影响了我国网络教育的发展进程。本文从网络教学资源设计中的问题谈起,提出统筹规划,合作开发,大力推广我国的教育资源建设规范,以标准化来规范设计开发人员行为的资源设计思想。
Educational resources are the bases of E-education. The problem of co-building and share in design and application of E-educational resources has not yet solved which has influenced the development of E-education. Starting from problems in design of E-educational resources the article presents ideas of wholly planning cooperative developing spreading rules of E-educational resources developing and regulating designers' activities according to standardization.
