摘要
本试验介绍了用正相高效液相色谱法快速测定维生素D3微粒含量的方法。采用AlltimaSilica4.6mm×150mm色谱柱分离,正己烷99.6%和正戊醇0.4%作流动相,在紫外265nm处检测,外标法定量。结果表明,该方法回收率在99%左右,变异系数在1.3%以内。
A method for rapid determination of feedstuff additive vitamin D3 beadlet＇s content by normal phase liquid chromatography was reported.An Alltima Silica column（ 150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm）was employed for separation.The mobile phase consisted of n-hexane （99.6 %）and n-pentanol （0.4 %）,and the UV detection wavelength was set at 265 nm.The result showed thatrecovery of vitamin D3 beadlet＇s was 99 % and coefficient of variation（CV） was 1.3 %.
