摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗后天性麻痹性斜视的临床疗效。方法:将57例(61眼)后天性麻痹性斜视患者随机分为2 组。对照组27例(29眼)以能量合剂、B族维生素、血管扩张剂等常规治疗;治疗组30例(32眼)在常规治疗的同时,加服正容汤 (基本方:全蝎、钩藤、僵蚕、白芍、地龙、胆南星、白附子、当归、甘草)加减。观察2组临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为 93．75％,对照组为79．31％,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0．05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗后天性麻痹性斜视疗效肯定。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine （WM） for acquired paralytic strabismus （APS）. Methods： 51 eases （61 eyes） of APS were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The control group （27 cases, 29 eyes） was treated by energy mixture, vitamin B group and vasodilator as routine treatment, the treatment group （30 cases, 32 eyes） by routine treatment and added with modified Zhengrong Tang （composed of Scorpio, Ramulus Uncariae cure Uncis, Bombyx Batryticatus, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Pheretima, Arisaemacum Bile, Radix Aeoniti Lateralis Preparata, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae）. The clinical curative effect and cured time were observed. Results： The total effective rate was 93.75% and 79. 31% in treatment group and control group respectively （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： TCM combined with WM can increase the curative effect and shorten the treatment course for APS.
