摘要
利用气相色谱法检测了应用毒死蜱喷雾防治松突圆蚧后,林下土壤中药后当天及1 d、3 d7、d、14 d2、8 d的残留量,结果表明,该药在林下土壤中30 d内的残留量较高,降解速度慢,28 d时最高降解率为89.24%,平均半衰期为11.48 d。
Pesticide residues in soils were determined by gas chromatography in this paper. By regression analysis, the results showed that this pesticide residues were relatively high in soils under the pine, the coefficient of degradation of chlorpyrifos was slow which rise to 89.24 % after 28 d and the half degradation time of chlorpyrifce was 11.48 days in soils of forest.
