摘要 用4种不同浓度的PP333对莱阳茌梨果实发育构造的影响进行了研究,结果表明,PP333能促进表皮、亚表皮层细胞和石细胞的发育。用PP333处理的样品,其表皮下面的亚表皮细胞分裂较早,层数也较多。其中被番红染成红色的单宁细胞层数也较多。PP333处理的果实中,果肉石细胞的发育较早,数目也多,相应的石细胞的木质化程度也较高,PP333处理样品延迟了气孔下木栓形成层的发生和分裂分化。 This paper deals with the different effects of different concentrations of the plant growth subatance (PP 333 ) on the developmental structure of Chili (Pyrus bretschnideri Rehd. cv) fruit. The results show that the PP 333 affect the developmental structure of pear fruit at high concentration . The formation of epidermis and hypodermis of pear fruit is differently promoted by all concentrations of PP 333 , but the formation of cork cambium is delayed at high concentration . The initiation of sclereid in fruit tissue is promoted at low concentration. However, and increase in amount of sclereid was promoted by PP 333 at high concentration.
