摘要 现代船舶的管理需要先进的理念和方法,而从事船舶管理的人员参加驾驶台资源管理培训是解决这一问题的有效的途径。结合船长工作实践和驾驶台资源管理的各类文件,就如何运用“驾驶台资源管理”中现代船舶管理的先进理念和方法改进超大型集装箱船舶的航行安全工作提出一些观点与建议。 The effective approach to carry out modem ship management that needs advanced concepts and methods is that the peopIe engaged in ship management take part in the "Bridge Resource Management" training. Combined with captain's practice and the experiences of the training, some ideas and suggestions how to appIy the advanced concepts and methods of the modem ship management in "Bridge Resource Management" for improvement of navigation safety of ships are given in the paper.
