摘要
研究汽轮机组结构复杂的轴承转子系统振动及其控制时所建模型难免引入建模误差的问题,对此提出采用鲁棒性较强的H∞控制方法实施主动控制,并提出以三条假设简化弯曲振动普遍运动方程,分析轴系弯振特性,设计弯振干扰抑止控制器,依据200 MW汽轮机组主动控制实验台模型轴系几何物理数据,进行计算机仿真分析,验证此控制器具有鲁棒稳定性,对控制系统具有较好的镇定作用,仿真分析结果说明了H∞控制方法在复杂转子系统振动主动控制中的可行性。
To reduce the inevitable errors, which arise in the problem of the shafting modling in the researches on the vibration and control for a complex shaft system, the robus H-infinite control strategy is put forward in this paper. Under three hypotheses, the modeling function is simplified and then the shaft bending vibration characteristics are investigated. Via an analysis and a calculation on a model of a 200 MW turbo generator unit, a robust stability control rule is founded and a relevant interference suppression controller is designed. Based on these results, a numerical simulation, within which the disturbing restrainer is composed, is done in this paper. The result of the simulation also shows that it is not feasible to suppress the bending oscillation of the shifts by the robust control strategy.
