摘要
目的:观察用粘结桥、单端固定桥两种方法联合修复上颌侧切牙缺失的临床效果。方法:上颌侧切牙缺失86例,常规牙体预备,桥体近中为舌支托靠Super-bond粘结固位,远中为全冠用聚羧酸锌粘结。结果:86例修复体经4年观察,使用良好,无松动脱落,基牙无明显改变。结论:选择适应证,粘结-固定桥联合修复上颌侧切牙缺失,可取得满意的临床效果。
Objective： To evaluate a method to restore maxillary lateral incisor with adhesion and cantilever bridge, Methods： 86 patients with maxillary lateral incisor loss were selected and the abutments were prepared routinely, The bridges were cemented with Super-bond and Zinc polycarboxylate~ Results： The patients were followed up for 4 years. All the restorations and abutments were in good condition. No bridge loosening was found. Conclusions： Adhesion bridge combined with fixed bridge could achieve acceptable result in the restoration of maxillary lateral incisor in certain patients.
