摘要
目的探讨具有攻击行为中小学生的人格特征,筛选攻击行为的危险因素,为开展人格教育提供科学依据。方法应用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对湖北省4010名6.15岁学生进行调查,并对131名有攻击行为的学生采用1:1配对病例一对照研究方法进行分析。结果学生攻击行为的检出率为3.27%,其中男生为3.72%,女生为2.74%,差异无统计学意义;攻击行为组EPQ问卷中的精神质和神经质得分明显高于对照组(P值均〈0.01);多因素条件Logistic回归分析表明,中小学生攻击行为的主要危险因素为父母对孩子管教方式不良、居住地社会风气不好、学校风气不好、与同学和邻居的关系不好、高精神质、高神经质。结论有攻击行为学生的人格特征表现为高精神质、高神经质。攻击行为的发生受诸多因素影响。
Objective To explore the personality of students with aggressive behavior in primary and secondary schools, and to provide scientific evidence for the personality education. Methods CBCL and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) were applied to investigate 4 010 students aged 6 - 15 years old. A matched case-control study was conducted in 131 students with aggressive behavior and the control group, Results The incidence of aggressive behaviors was 3.27% (3.72% for boys and 2.74% for girls). The difference between the boys and girls had no statistical significance. The aggressive behavior gnoup had significantly higher sores of Psychoticism (P) and Nenroticism (N) subscales of EPQ than the control group. Multivariate logistic regression indicated that the risk factors were mainly bad parental rearing patterns, bad custom of district and school, the poor relationships between classmates and neighbors, high psychoticism and high neuroticism among the primary and secondary scbool students . Conclusion High psychoticism and high neuroticism are the personality characters of students with aggressive behavior. The aggressive behaviors of students are influenced by many factors.
