摘要
本文介绍“多用途牙用树脂聚合器”的基本结构,使用程序和临床应用.该聚合器可加压0～0.8Mpa,加温0～130℃,自动控制,可快速、高质聚合热凝和自凝聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、复合树脂和硅橡胶,制作各类修复体.通过该聚合器的临床应用,革新义齿制作工艺,提高修复体质量,简化工序,缩短热处理时间,为口腔修复学增添了一种新工艺和设备.
The basic structure of the multi-pur-pose acrylic resin curing unit and its labora-tory application is described in the article. The unit is a automatically controlled ma-chine, which can endure pressure up to 0. 8 MPa and may heat to 130℃,The unit may be used to cure both heat-cured and auto-matically cuned arylic resin and can also be used to make composite resin restorations. The application of the unit improves the laboratory procedures for denture making; enhences the quality of denture proesthesis; simplisfies the procedures and enriches the heat treatment instruments for denture making.
