血清高半胱氨酸含量与恶性肿瘤的关系 被引量:1

The Relationship between Serum Homocysteine and Malignant Tumors

摘要 目的探讨血清高半胱氨酸水平与恶性肿瘤的关系。方法采用A/CDiagnosticsHomocysteineEnzymaticMicrotiterPlateAbsorbanceAssay测定249名恶性肿瘤患者和215名健康对照的血清高半胱氨酸水平。结果恶性肿瘤患者血清高半胱氨酸几何均数为118.48μM/L(95%CI:116.40~120.56),对照组为11.20μM/L(95%CI:8.16~14.24),两组差异非常显著(t=27.307,P=0.000)。不同部位和不同组织类型恶性肿瘤之间没有明显差异(P<0.05)。经非条件Logistic回归分析,血清高半胱氨酸可增加恶性肿瘤危险性13.082倍(95%CI:7.544~22.685)。其诊断的灵敏度和特异度分别为91.16%和95.35%。结论在排除心血管疾病和糖尿病后,血清高半胱氨酸可作为恶性肿瘤的标志物。 Objective To assess the relationship serum homocysteine and malignancy. Methods The content of serum homocysteine was measured in the 249 malignant tumor cases and 215 health controls by A/ C Diagnostics Homocysteine Enzymatic Microtiter Plate Absorbance Assay. Results The geometric mean of serum Hcy is 118. 48μM/L(95% CI: 116. 40- 120. 56) for cases and 11.20μM/L (95%CI: 8. 16- 14. 24) for controls. A remarkable difference was obtained between cases and controls (t = 27. 307,P = 0. 000). The difference was not obtained in the sites and pathology types (P〈0. 05). The risk of malignant tumors is 13. 082 (950% CI: 7. 544-22. 685) with homocysteine by unconditioned Logistic regression analysis. The sensitivity and specificity were 91.16% and 95. 35%, respectively. Conclusion Hcy may be used as a more accurate tumor marker for diagnosis of malignant tumors getting rid of influence by cardiopathy, haemal disease and diabetes.
