摘要
采用Shift-share方法对吉林省矿业发展现状进行了分析和评价,确定了吉林省矿业产业中具有发展潜力和竞争优势的产业部门。结果表明:吉林省矿业经济结构较好,对矿业经济总量增长贡献大;黑色金属矿采选业、非金属矿采选业竞争力较强;石油和天然气开采业在矿业经济中的地位处于下降阶段;煤炭和有色金属采选业缺乏竞争力。在此基础上,提出了矿业产业结构调整的原则和具体措施。
Using shift - share method, authors appraise the present status of mining industry in Jilin province and determine the industrial branches which have development potential and competitiveness. The result shows that in Jilin province the mining industry has good economic strueture and made great contributions to the growth of the economic total amount for the mining industry, the mining and processing of ferrous metal and nonmetal minerals have strong competitive ability, but the status of petroleum and natural gas extraction in mining industrial economy is on the decline, the mining and processing of coal and nonferrous metals are weak in competitive. Based on the analysis, authors suggest some principles and countermeasures for the adjustment of mining industrial structure in Jilin province.
