摘要
利用瓦楞纸板的缓冲特性可作包装缓冲衬垫。主要讨论双层瓦楞纸板位置变化及中层瓦楞纸板缓冲特性及抗压强度的影响。经理论推导得出反映瓦楞纸板缓冲特性和抗压强度的表达式以及刚度、强度与交错位置的关系曲线,并对四种试件进行了反复压缩试验,其结果与理论分析基本吻合。
This paper discusses the effect of positional variation of double layers of corr-ugated boards and middle layer corrugated board on the cushioning characteristicsand compression strength. The expression that shows the cushioning characteristicsof corrugated boards and compression strength as well as the curves about the relati-onship between stiffness, strength and alternate position has been brought forth bytheoretical speculation. In addition, replicated compression tests have been made,which is basically fitted to the theory.
