摘要
在分析Ph(Ti,Zr)O3+BiFeO3+Sr(Cu1/3Nb2/3)O3以及Ph[(Zn1/3Nb2/3)(Ti,Zr)]O3系列压电性能的基础上,通过调整系统中的锆钛比,得到压电性能参数满足要求的涡街流量计用压电陶瓷材料。实验结果表明,减少PZT系统中的锆钛比,可提高系统的居里温度,这一点对开发高温压电陶瓷材料有指导意义。
On the analysis of the piezoelectric properties of Ph(Ti,Zr)O3+BiFeO3+Sr(Cu1/3Nb2/3)O3 and Ph(Zn1/3Nb2/3)(Ti,Zr)O3 ceramics,a piezoelectric ceramic material for the use of vortex street flux meter were obtained by adjusting the ratio of Zr/Ti in the system.The experiments indicate that the ceramic materials with higher curie temperature can be obtained by reducing the ratio of Zr/Ti of the PZT system.These have a directive interest in developing the materials for high temperature applications.
