摘要
以4个野生居群的冰草为材料,利用根尖压片法,对其体细胞染色体进行组型分析。结果表明:各居群染色体数目恒定(2n=28),均为同源四倍体。但居群间存在核型多型性,主要表现在核型类型、随体及B染色体的有无等。
The chromosome karyotype analysis showed that Agropyron cristatum from 4 populations differed in the karyotype , SAT-chromosome and B chromosome existance despite of its homogenous tetraploid character（2n=28）.
