摘要
铜管铸轧法是一种先进的短流程铜管加工技术,具有成品率高、能耗低、成本低、建设投资少等优点,然而由于工艺和操作等方面的原因,会产生一些缺陷:缩孔、裂纹、夹渣和气孔等,其中裂纹最多。裂纹断口严重氧化,裂纹长度5 ̄15mm,裂纹深度1.0 ̄2.5mm,裂纹主要分布在管坯上半部。采用在石墨型内壁覆盖涂层,适当降低拉坯力,调节一次冷却水流量使管坯表面冷却均匀等措施,可以减少裂纹的产生。
The cast-roll process of copper tubes is an advanced short procedure method, it has many advantages such as high productivity, low energy consumption, low cost and building investment, however defects including shrinkage, crack, slag, gas cavity, etc. caused by the process and operation appear frequently, and cracks occur frequently. The section of cracks is oxidized seriously, the length of cracks ranges from 5 to 15mm, the depth of cracks ranges from 1.0 to 2.5mm, the cracks are mainly distributed over the upper half of tube billets. The numbers of cracks can be reduced by covering coating on the inner surface of graphite, reducing the drawing strength, regulating the first cooling water flow to make the surface of tube billets cooling uniformly.
