摘要
对超临界机组典型系统的控制策略进行分析,重点介绍超临界机组在协调控制策略上的改进之处,即选择合适的锅炉和汽轮机之间功率平衡信号、合理采用并行前馈控制技术、应用锅炉动态加速指令信号、引入非线性元件、引入汽轮机压力校正及实发功率修正系数。分别对给水、汽温调节及一次调频的控制策略进行介绍,认为在超临界机组控制系统设计中,只要统筹兼顾各子系统间的配合,采用改进的技术,就能满足超临界机组控制中负荷适应性与运行稳定性的要求。
Based on the analysis of control system for supercritical power units, this paper concentrated on several improvements for the control strategy of coordination control system, i.e, selecting the appropriate power balance signal between the boiler and turbine, using rational parallel feed-forward control technology, applying dynamic acceleration instruction for boiler control, introducing non-linear components, proposing pressure correction for turbine control and the correction factor of actual power generated. Control strategies for feed water, regulation of the steam temperature and the primary frequency control were also analyzed and the result show that the load adaptability and the operation stability of unit can be achieved by overall planning and close cooperation of the subsystems, and by applying the improved technologies mentioned above in the control of supercritical power generation units.
