摘要
日本电子政府经历了起步、发展、成熟三个阶段,实现了政府办公的自动化、电子化,也使日本国民真正迈入了电子政府的时代。
Each government around the world expects to establish its own perfect electronic government rapidly recently. Although Japan electronic government did not start early, it has developed very quickly and possessed an important position around the world under the fitll support of Japan government. The aim and policies in every stage during the Japan electronic government development has been introduced in this paper so that we can know much about this kind of system. Since Japan and China have similar culture and origin, the knowledge about Japan electronic government could serve a guide for the establishment of our electronic government.
