摘要
提出了一种显微图像测量系统的标定方法。该方法通过同一对平行边缘在垂直和水平方向的两幅图像,计算水平比例因子;利用标定物直线边缘的图像,并运用优化的方法来计算成像系统的畸变系数和主点位置。在上述计算的基础上,利用量块来标定系统的放大倍数。标定过程所需的标定物为量规和带有平行刻线光学器件,如分辨率板等,因此方便实用。试验结果表明,该方法标定精度较高,标定后的实验装置的极限误差3σ为2.26μm。
A camera calibration method for micro-image measuring system is presented. By means of two images of the same pair of parallel lines that are vertical and horizontal respectively, the scale factor can be calculated. According to image of linear edges in calibration object, the distortion coefficient and position of principal point of imaging system can be calculated by optimization method. On the basis of previous computing, the magnification of micro imaging system can be figured out by use of images of gauges. The calibration objects are gauges and optical equipments with parallel lines such as resolution boards, so this method is easily applied. The experimental results show that calibration precision is high and the limit error, 3σ, of the experiment equipments calibrated by this method is 2.26μm.
