摘要
目的观察单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片(ISMN-SR)对老年单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)患者血压的影响。方法将69例ISH患者随机分为A组与B组,A组35例口服ISMN-SR 40mg,B组34例口服吲哒帕胺2.5 mg,均每日1次,疗程均为8周。结果用药后A组收缩压(SBP)显著下降(P<0.01),但舒张压(DBP)用药前后无显著性差异(P>0.05);B组SBP、DBP均有显著下降(P均<0.01)。2组比较,DBP与脉压(PP)均有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。用药期间2组均无严重不良反应。结论ISMN-SR能降低ISH患者的SBP,而对DBP影响不大,从而使PP减少,有利于ISH患者的降压治疗。
objective It is to observe the iafluence of Isosorbide Mononitrate sustained release tablet （ISMN - SR） on blood pressure in the aged people with isolated systolle hypertension （ISH）. Methods 69 patients with ISH were randomly divided into group A and group B. 35 patients in group A were treated with ISMN - SR 40 mg/d, 34 patients in group B were treated with Indepamide 2.5 mg/d for eight weeks. Results After treatment in group A, St3P was significantly reduced （P 〈 0.01）, but DBP didn＇t changed obviously （P〉0.05）. SBP and DBP were both significantly reduced in group B （P〈0.01）. There were significant difference in DBP and PP between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. No untoward reaction was found in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion ISMN - SR can debase SBP and has less effect on DBP, so it can decrease PP and is beneficial to ISH.
