摘要
我国教育领域还难以应对加入WTO带来的各方面挑战,制度缺位是其中一个根本性的因素。缺少制度保障将会使我国教育改革付出巨大的成本。为了减少改革的成本,增强我国教育的市场竞争力,必须在制度创新上下功夫,做出全方位的调整,使我国教育向着完全遵守WTO的原则和规则的方向变革。否则将为今后的教育改革支付巨大的制度成本。
The educational fields in China still have some difficulties in meeting the challenges from all other fields, among which system vacancy is the crucial factor. The lack of system guarantee will cause great costs in educational reformation. In order to reduce the costs and strengthen the competitive power, we should focus on system innovation and make all-wave adjustment. Thus education in China will follow the direction of obeying the principles and rules of WTO, or we will have to pay great system costs for the educational innovation.
