摘要
中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停在充血性心力衰竭患者中发生率较高,加重心力衰竭患者病情,影响其预后。现就中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停在充血性心力衰竭中的流行病学、病理生理、临床特征、诊断、治疗和预后等方面的研究进展进行综述。
Central sleep apnea has a strikingly higher prevalence in patients with congestive heart failure,and has adverse prognostic implications, Our objective is to review epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of central sleep apnea in congestive heart failure.
