摘要
球差是植入球面人工晶状体后影响白内障术后患者功能性视觉的主要原因。非球面人工晶状体在光学设计上更接近自然的晶状体,具有消除像差和提高白内障术后视觉质量的优点。若能达到个性化设计,非球面人工晶状体有望取代传统球面人工晶状体,成为人工晶状体的主流。
Spherical aberration is the major cause which affects the functional vision of the patients implanted with spherical intraocular lenses (IOLs). Aspheric IOLs are designed to eliminate the aberration like the nature lens, thus they can produce better visual quality. If it is feasible to customize IOL design to the individual cataract patient, aspheric IOLs may substitute the traditional spherical IOLs and become the trend of IOLs.(Ophthalrnol CHN, 2006, 15: 3-4)
