摘要
文章在对广东省森林质量和功能进行基本评价的基础上,从体制、机制、产权等方面分析了影响广东省森林质量和功能的主要因素,据此提出了提高森林质量和功能的几点对策。
This paper first assessed Guangdong Province forest quality and function. Then,from system,mechanism and property rights,the paper analyzed the major factors to impact Guangdong Province forest quality and function. Finally ,the paper have put forward accordingly some measures to improve the forest quality and function.
