摘要
文中通过对合同的前期管理、合同实施期的管理、合同的索赔管理、合同执行的协作精神等方面的论述,指出在项目管理中如何才能做好合同管理,进而做好工程项目管理。
Through discussion about earlier stage management, construction management; claim management of contract and cooperation in implement process of contract, the author points out how to make a good job about contract management and how to make further a good job on project construction management.
