摘要
本文采用实验研究的方法研究了大豆糊沫的过滤特性。研究结果表明,大豆糊沫形成的滤饼是高压缩性滤饼,(其压缩指数高达0.9左右)。过滤推动力P和豆糊粒度D对滤饼的平均过滤比阻r影响很大。选择适当的过滤推动力P和豆糊粒度D会有效地提高过滤常数K,并能节省动力消耗和提高大豆蛋白质的分离抽提率。
In this paper,filtration characteristics of soybean paste are studied by eperiments.The result shows that the soybean paste cake is a high compressible cake and its compressibility index n is as high as 0.9.It will be shown that increasing or decareasing filtration Pressure and particle size of soybean Paste have a great effect on the average specific filtration resistancer.A good choice of filtraition Pressure P and particle she of soybean paste D will increase filtration coefficient K and soybean Protein extraction greatly.
