摘要
γδT细胞作为T细胞的一个特殊亚群,主要分布在粘膜和上皮组织,是机体的一种重要的免疫细胞。近年来研究发现γδT细胞通过调节免疫反应,在机体抗感染免疫、抗肿瘤免疫、自身免疫疾病以及器官移植免疫耐受的产生和维持中发挥重要作用。本文主要就γδT细胞的生物学特点以及其在角膜移植免疫耐受中的作用机制作一综述。
γδT cell as a special sub-type of lymphocytes mainly distributes in mucosa and epithelium. They are very important tmmune cell. Recent studies found that γδT cell play an important role in organism anti-infection immunity, anti-tumor immunity, autotmmune disease and organ transplantation immune tolerance through immune regulation. The biology characteristic of γδT cell and their functional mechanisms in corneal transplantation immune tolerance are briefly reviewed. [ Rec Adv Ophthalmol 2006; 26（3） ： 216-219]
