摘要
为研究城南细辛的活性化学成分,用乙醇冷浸提取,柱层析分离得到3个化合物。经理化方法和光谱方法(UV,IR,NMR,MS)鉴定为卡枯醇(kakuol,Ⅰ)、2-甲氧基-4,5-亚甲二氧基苯丙酮(2-m ethoxy-4,5-m ethylened-ioxyprop iophenone,Ⅱ)和P luviatilol(Ⅲ)。化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Three compounds were isolated from the roots and stems of Asarum chinese Franch. f. fargesii (Franch.) C. Y. Cheng with column chromatography methods. Their strutures were identified as kakuol ( Ⅰ ) ,2-methoxy-4,5-methylenedioxypropiophenone ( Ⅱ ) and pluviatitol ( Ⅲ ) on the basis of physieochemieal and speetroscopie analysis. The compound Ⅱ and Ⅲ were isolated from the genus of Asarum for the first time.
