摘要
介绍了利用VISUAL C++6.0和SQL Server 2000为软件开发工具、W indows 2000 Advanced Server为软件开发平台开发的一套热处理生产过程控制系统,它包括以下4个模块:热处理工艺库管理模块,实现热处理工艺规程的计算机辅助设计,并可对新材料进行数值模拟,从而优化工艺;热处理过程控制模块,实现生产过程的高精度控制;设备管理模块和系统维护模块,实现设备、仪表、备件等的维修维护记录管理。并且较详细地论述了各模块功能的实现。该系统通过测试运行,达到预先的设计要求。
A set of control system of heat treatment production process which based on Visual C + + 6. 0 and SQL Server 2000, and Windows 2000 Advanced Server as a platform for the software exploration,was presented to counter the problems occur in the production of heat treatment factory. This system has functions as followed. Heat treatment technology expert system, which realize the computer aided design for heat treatment technology with the function of numerical simulation to optimize the technology. Heat treatment process control system, realize the high precision during the course of heat treatment. Record of equipment and device maintenance system, realize the management for all the recorders of equipment and device and accessories. Major hardware characteristics and realization style of each module were discussed in detail. Through operation test.the system achieved the design requirements.
