摘要
在常压下用液相反应法制备了碱式氯化镁晶须,研究了氯化镁浓度、氯化镁与氨水的摩尔比、反应温度、陈化温度、陈化时间对碱式氯化镁晶须制备的影响。根据XRD和SEM测试结果,提出了制备碱式氯化镁晶须的最佳工艺条件:(1)氯化镁浓度为3mol/l;(2)氯化镁与氨水的摩尔比为4∶1~6∶1;(3)最佳反应温度为30℃;(4)氨水的加料速度为10m l/m in^20m l/m in;(5)最佳陈化温度为50℃~60℃,最佳陈化时间为48h^72h。制备得到了长径比≥100碱式氯化镁晶须。
Mg3(OH)5Cl· 4H2O whisker was prepared by liquid reaction at the atmospheric pressure. The influence of the concentration of MgCl2 ,the molar ratio of MgCl2 and ammonia,reaction temperature, ripening temperature and ripening time was studied. Based on the test results of XRD and SEM, the best technological conditions for Mg3 (OH)5Cl · 4H2O whisker are put forward as: ( 1 ) the concentration of MgCl2 is 3 mol/l; (2) the molar ratio of MgCl2 and ammonia is between 4:1 and 6: 1;(3) the reaction temperature is 30℃ ;(4) the rate of adding ammonia is 10ml/min ~ 20ml/min; (5) the ripening time is between 48 and 72 hours when the ripening temperature is 50℃ -60℃. The Mg3(OH)5 · 4H2O whisker with l/d ≥ 100 is obtained.
