摘要
针对焊接转向架构架中出现的焊接缺陷,阐述了这些缺陷对焊接结构疲劳强度的影响;提出了以疲劳强度为依据的焊接缺陷容限标准的制定方法;并根据国际焊接学会(ⅡW)推荐的标准,初步探讨了209型焊接构架的缺陷容限尺度。
In light of welding defects appearing on welded truck frames,the in-fluences of these defects on fatigue strength of welded structure are described,the method for setting-up tolerable limit standards of welding defects based on fatigue strength is put forward. And according to standards recommended by International Institute of Welding (IIW),the tolerable Limit dimension of defects on weldedframes type 209 is initially inquired into.
