摘要
自蔡守秋先生在《环境权初探》〔1〕一文中初次对环境权理论介绍以来,我国的环境权理论的研究蓬勃发展,但是我国的环境权理论在研究模式上存在一系列的误区。
Since Mr. Cai Shouqiu introduces the environmental right in the The Rresearch of the Environmental Right for the first time, the research of the environmental right has grown. However there are some straits in the process.
