文章介绍了硫酸烧渣提纯的技术和工艺,探讨了提纯后的原料做锶铁氧体预烧料的主要影响因素,使预烧料生产的锶永磁铁氧体磁性能稳定达到Br:400 mT,Hcb:270 kA/m,Hcj:280 kA/m,(BH)m:32 kJ/m3以上。
The article briefly introduced the technology and the craft of Pyritic slag depuration, discussed the major effect factor in make pre-roasted material of Strontium Ferrite by the depuration, and in the big production the final magnetic performance stably achieve Br：400 m T, Hcb： 270 kA/m, Hcj： 280 kA/m, （BH） m： 32 kJ/m^3.
