介绍了图书馆人本管理的内涵,指出图书馆实施人本管理是时代的需要,并提出图书馆实施图书馆人本管理的有效途径。
This paper introduces the connotation of the humanist management of the library, points out that carrying out the humanist management in the library is the requirement of the era, and puts forward some effective paths for carrying out the humanist management in the library.
