摘要
用透射电镜对金边吊兰叶细胞进行了观察，发现同一叶片绿色部分细胞的叶绿体结构正常，黄色部分的细胞没有正常的叶绿体，只有停止发育和退化解体的质体．并对此现象进行了分析．
The leaf cells of C. comosum hort are studied with the electromicroscope The results indicate that in the green mesophyll tissue the chloroplast structure develops normally while in n the yellow mesophyll cells there is no normal chloroplast but stagnated and degraded Plastids. An analysis has ben made of this phenomenon .
