摘要
指出构建高等院校图书馆评估新指标体系的必要性,构建图书馆评估指标应考虑的原则。并对《普通高等学校图书馆评估指标(征求意见稿)》进行了简要的分析,提出了其主要特色以及需要完善之处。
The paper points out the necessity of redesigning the evaluation index system of academic library and the main principles for evaluation index. It analyzes the draft version of the Evaluation Index System of Academic Library, presents the main characteristics of the system and gives suggestion on. revising the draft.
