摘要
讨论了微生物脂肪酶的生产、纯化、鉴定、特性等,介绍了相关脂肪酶在工业生产中的应用。
The production, recovery, and use of microbial lipases are discussed. Issues of thermostability, bioactivity and production of recombinant lipases are discussed.
